Here is how it works:

1.      Give each participant a brochure.

5.      Make copies of the order forms, (this is so you will have a copy for your records).  Tally your totals and complete the (furnished) authorization summary.

6.      Mail the order forms, authorization summary, and your check to Thomas Fund Raising.

7.      Your customers should receive their orders directly from Omaha Steaks within two weeks after you turn your order in.
