The Community Raffle Program is a unique fundraising idea. This Program will be great fun for your participants plus it creates Great Profits for your organization. The COMMUNITY RAFFLE SCRATCH CARD has fifty "scratch off" spots and comes with 50 raffle tickets. The scratch spots are scratched to reveal the customer's price of a raffle ticket - $1.00, $2.00, $3.00 or FREE. Raffle tickets are custom printed with your organization's information. Your cost INCLUDES the tremendous GRAND PRIZE, a gigantic state-of-the-art 60" Big Screen ZENITH Television. Program comes with recommended letters to be given to participants or sent to parents ("grams" #1, #2 and #3) explaining the program. We recommend this fundraiser for groups with participants of 100 or more.

1.	Order securely online from Thomas Fund Raising and receive all the necessary items to begin, or call us at 1-800-583-7858.
2.	You will receive your Community Raffle Scratch Cards, including 50 raffle tickets each, in approximately 14 days. You will also receive our suggested "Grams" #1, #2 & #3, along with all necessary record keeping and Grand Prize ordering information.
3.	Explain the program to your participating students, then mail or send home the "Gram #1" to explain the fund raiser to parents approximately one week before distributing the scratch cards.
4.	Sign out the cards to participants, being careful to record ticket numbers assigned to participants and *emphasize* that each card is worth $100 in real dollars. Pass out "Gram #2" at this time.
5.	Approximately one-half way through your selling period, send out "Gram #3" to wrap up the fund raising selling period.
6.	Conduct your raffle at the time and place indicated on the raffle tickets.
7.	After determining your winner, mail the "GRAND PRIZE AUTHORIZATION" form and the 60" Big Screen Zenith Television will be shipped directly to your WINNER.
